Integrated Systems Europe is the world’s largest professional audio-visual and systems integration show. 1300+ exhibitors from over 40 countries descend to the RAI in Amsterdam each year, attracting over 116,000 visitors. The show attracts high profile exhibitors such as Samsung, Panasonic and LG and is known for large stands and vast freight volumes. Exhibitors like to launch and profile new products and services at ISE and as one of Europe’s fastest-growing events, it moves to Barcelona in 2021 to accommodate its growth.
A controlled logistics operation is vitally important at ISE due to the vast freight volumes. CEVA’s traffic management team operate an offsite vehicle reception point to control all the vehicles that arrive. All drivers are provided with a barcoded vehicle pass which allows us to track the movements of the vehicle around the site. A specialist onsite handling team consisting of 60+ forktruck drivers carefully unload and position exhibits, which are often of high value. Our freight and customs team ensures all product arrives in good time and complies with all local procedures. The CEVA team builds bespoke warehouses onsite for both freight arrivals and the storage of empty cases.
Thanks to the professionalism of each team member the whole process ran like clockwork.
