Europe's best fashion warehouse

Our customer is a top European fashion brand that has expanded with rapid growth over the last decade.

Our customer's business challenges

In 2014 the customer searched for a partner with eCommerce logistics expertise and established operations to support its fulfilment operations and growing business.

Our key actions to meet our customers' expectations

Our warehouse, supporting this fashion retailer evolved from a small operation in a shared facility with other brands in Berlin, Germany. When the solution was first implemented, fewer than 20 orders were processed in a single day for this customer. Over the years, we have supported the brand as it has seen explosive growth and has undergone a dramatic transformation. Today, the company has Its own 80,000 m² warehouse near Berlin, Germany, stocks about 22 million product SKUs, and employs thousands of associates who work diligently to receive inventory and ship orders out to customers daily. A look at the warehouse is all it takes to understand the company’s incredible growth. The vast logistics center is almost fully automated and features state-of-the-art technology, including automated inbound processing, automated storage, and retrieval (OSR), goods-to-person stations, pocket sorters, induct stations, an additional parcel sorter, a dynamic buffer, and an extensive network of conveyors.

While Berlin is home to an innovative, technology-forward culture and the warehouse is expertly engineered to capitalize on efficiencies enabled by automation, the high-performance solution still relies on skilled operators who engage the technology systems and make judgements that allow the site to function effectively.

Recognizing this, we’re aligned in our commitment to providing a top-tier work environment built on respect and shared goals. We have created an Employee Engagement team to ensure such a culture is maintained. We are determined to provide the best fashion warehouse in Europe — both in terms of performance and work environment.

“One Great thing about the team is the decision-making capability – I can quickly pick up the phone and resolve a problem.” – Chief Operating Officer
