The task involved developing precision logistics in order to distribute spare parts throughout Central Europe – Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. This represented a volume of goods totalling 305,450 kg per month requiring regular supplies.

Of the total volume of parts distributed, 206,130 kg/month were intended for export. Our customer was able to count on our skills to organise the distribution and shipping operations while managing the Customs formalities. The task comprised multiple elements
