PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our customer’s challenges included needing to achieve 100% on his pick and pack, process returns within 24 hours of receipt and maintain 99.5+% accuracy over $20m+ of inventory.

CEVA’s solutions have included receiving inventory from international suppliers and handling the import process, managing the vendor’s repaired inventory, performing daily cycle counts & implementing inventory control procedures and coordinating all shipments using customer approved carriers.

The successful results include - Introducing a “family” consolidation process by picking in family type - Creating a drawer system on pallet racks – leading to a 30% reduction in overall storage and avoiding the requirement for additional storage space - Introduced an identification process for used parts which has generated circa $500K savings per quarter - All S.L.A.’s are 100% on target or above - Inventory results now stand at 99.99%
