Our partner needed an intelligent and flexible solution to simplify and optimize the exchanges between the various players along the chain. Together, we developed a logistics strategy adapted to meet their needs, while reducing transit times by implementing an LCL operating service from China.

Our customer's business challenges

We conducted an in-depth analysis of our partner’s requirements and identified a variety of actions. We concluded that greater flexibility was needed to handle the collection and delivery of small parcels in China and Europe. Our team focused on:

searching for a mode of transport that enables cost effective and regular supply chain flows
the introduction of a simplified tariff
the development of a program with transit time planning for door-to-door shipments

In order to meet customer requirements we set up a container freight station (CFS service) in China and France, as well as an LCL (Less than Container Load) operating process in order to minimise costs and reduce transit time.
