CEVA Logistics received awards for its employee development projects in Turkey

2 awards from the Stevie Awards and 2 gold awards from Brandon Hall Group

2 awards from the Stevie Awards, recognizing "Achievement in Competencies and Skill Development or Management" and 2 gold awards from Brandon Hall Group for "Leadership Development" program and "Learning and Development" program

In line with the principle of equal opportunities, CEVA Logistics continuously develops and implements projects for both blue and white collar employees in order to raise leaders who shape the sector. 

At the Stevie Awards, which reward the world's best employers in the field of Human Resources, CEVA received  awards in the category of "Achievement in Competencies and Skill Development or Management".

Its "Blue Collar Development Program" received the gold award and its "Front Line / Front Line Leaders Development Program" implemented in 2021 received the silver award.

This year, more than 950 applicants from various organizations from 26 countries were evaluated at the Stevie Awards in categories related to human resources. CEVA is the first and only company in the logistics industry to receive awards in these categories. 




Blue Collar Development Program

It is a program that supports micro-learning with the "Eğitim Cepte" project, attaches importance to the use of technology to develop the basic staff despite the dispersed geography, adopts a hybrid learning approach, is designed by our Training and Development Team with content suitable for the characteristics and working conditions of our blue-collar employees, is based on the support of the first level management team in the responsible position, which we call Frontline Leaders, and provides learning and development opportunities regardless of time with the "Read or Watch" option.

Frontline Leaders Development Program

Module contents designed with the principle of Equal Opportunity for all our employees working across Turkey, online learning sessions, classroom trainings with plenty of activities. It is an intensive, detailed development program where we develop our first level management team with social learning webinars, gamification character analysis where they progress by choosing avatars, experience sharing sessions from middle and senior management, personalized development programs, follow-up processes and career development opportunities.

In addition, CEVA Logistics was awarded 2 gold awards at the 2022 Brandon Hall Excellence in Human Resource Management Awards organized by the Brandon Hall Group for its for "Leadership Development" and "Learning and Development" program.
