As aid agencies continue to mobilize humanitarian support in Ukraine, the CEVA Pakistan Team takes pride in having partnered with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in collaboration with APL United States, in their combined effort to handle and deliver relief cargo from Lahore, Pakistan to Kosice airport, Slovakia.
The CEVA Pakistan team successfully transported the cargo from Lahore to Budapest. Relief items amounting to 3530 - 815 cubic meters and 143,000 kilograms of weight were administered in 10 lots through Emirates and Qatar airways. The cargo was then transferred via road - trucks by CEVA Budapest to Slovakia.
To ensure it happened, the team members worked together, with CEVA Pakistan taking the lead in coordinating with CEVA Budapest and Slovakia Teams, negotiating, booking and managing end to end pick-up and customs clearances at Lahore Airport, and connecting with APL.
