At CEVA, every logistics mission is approached like a race strategy—where speed alone isn’t enough. It’s precision, coordination, and timing that make all the difference.
The 2025 Bahrain Grand Prix perfectly illustrates the complexities and required accuracy of our logistics operations. It all begins in Italy where the Scuderia Ferrari HP teams carefully prepare their equipment: garage modules, spare parts, pit stop gear—every item is thoroughly checked and documented.
The convoy then heads to the Port of Trieste, where the equipment kits are loaded onto a container sea bound for Jeddah. Once again, the ship has to avoid the Red Sea area this year by unloading the materials and equipment in Saudi Arabia. From there, the convoy continues by truck to the Bahrain circuit. After the Grand Prix, the process repeats, with the kits being loaded back onto a container ship to return to Italy, before making their way to Monaco. This meticulous planning ensures that Scuderia Ferrari HP’s teams have what they need when they need it, with no room for delays.
Managing this operation requires carefully selecting the most efficient modes of transport—air, sea, road, and rail—depending on the constraints of the race schedule and environmental commitments. At CEVA, reducing its logistics carbon footprint is a core priority—even in the midst of a high-speed, global logistics race.
To bring these challenges to life for the public, CEVA created an immersive experience inspired by the logistics behind the Grand Prix. In this scenario, Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton face tough decisions: air freight or sea transport? Speed or sustainability? It’s a dynamic way to convey the pressure, complexity and agility that defines a successful logistics mission.
Working with Scuderia Ferrari HP means aiming for uncompromising excellence. At CEVA Logistics, we do more than transport equipment—we design winning multimodal solutions, built for performance, reliability and a more sustainable future.
