CEVA Logistics recognized as employer of choice in Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand

 

• HR Asia has named CEVA in Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023

MARSEILLE, FRANCE – Sep. 7, 2023 – CEVA Logistics has been recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” for 2023 in Vietnam and the Philippines.  **UPDATE - Oct 17, 2023** CEVA Logistics Thailand wins award

The awards program is managed by HR Asia, a leading publication in the human resources industry. HR Asia’s “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award covers 15 markets across Asia and is the largest recognition program for employee engagement. The program benchmarks companies of varying sizes, including multinational corporations and government-related organizations, through its proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM). This year’s HRAsia award theme is “Celebrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” 

 

CEVA among leaders in Vietnam 

In Vietnam, CEVA is one of 122 companies recognized as outperforming the market average among the 642 participating companies. In the 2023 edition of the awards program, CEVA stood out for demonstrating a strong commitment to creating exemplary work environments for employees. The assessment results in Vietnam revealed that CEVA outperformed the market average for Asian companies. 

 

CEVA a “Best Company” in the Philippines 

Similarly, in the Philippines, CEVA was recognized as one of the top 50 companies to work for by HR Asia. The 2023 edition of the awards saw a total of 205 companies competing, an 11% increase in companies taking part compared to the previous year.  

 

Thailand third country recognized as an employer of choice

CEVA gained the prestige of recognition as a “Best Company to Work for in Asia: Thailand 2023” from HR Asia. Thailand is the third Asian country, where CEVA has been acknowledged as an employer of choice. From a total of 286 applicant companies over 20 industries, CEVA emerged one of the 73 outstanding companies shortlisted as winners for 2023. The CEVA Thailand team accepted the award at a gala dinner in Bangkok on 22 September.
