Top Employer Certification

SÃO PAULO – Jan. 29, 2024 – CEVA Logistics reaffirms its commitment to excellence in human resources by once again achieving the prestigious Top Employer Certification for 2024 in both Brazil and Peru. This recognition, for the second consecutive year, underscores CEVA's standing as a top employer, highlighting the company's achievements in aligning employees' aspirations with business objectives. 

The Top Employers Institute awards this certification after a rigorous evaluation of organizations' human resources practices, based on the results of a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey. This survey assesses six crucial HR domains, covering 20 essential topics, including people management strategy, workplace environment, talent acquisition, professional development, diversity promotion, equity and inclusion, well-being, and much more.
