India's logistics sector is projected to reach $380 billion by 2025– growing at a CAGR of 10-12% according to a report by the India Brand Equity Foundation. CEVA is responding by opening a new strategic Logistics Corporate Office in Mumbai, designed to foster innovation and collaboration.
With nearly 10,000 employees across the country, CEVA's operations in India are integral to its global 2027 strategy. The expansion leverages India's extensive network of ports, railways, highways and airports that drive economic growth and nationwide connectivity.
"India is a vital part of CEVA Logistics' global strategy," said Olivier Storch, CEVA’s Deputy CEO. "Our robust presence here supports both domestic consumption and the 'Made in India' initiative. Our teams across India are well-equipped to provide tailored solutions for clients and drive profitable growth."
CEVA in India has transformed significantly over the past five years, evolving into a comprehensive multi-product operation. According to Paras Rawal, CEVA's Managing Director of the India Subcontinent, CEVA is strategically positioned across three key verticals:
India's robust domestic consumption market, which grew by 7.5% in 2024 (source: Asian Development Bank), continues to strengthen, making warehousing and ground transportation top priorities for CEVA in the region. The new Mumbai office will serve as the central hub for CEVA's operations across the Indian subcontinent, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in logistics services throughout the region.
"Our expanded presence enables us to better serve both international and domestic clients," added Paras Rawal. "As India continues its economic transformation, CEVA is committed to providing innovative supply chain solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability for businesses operating in this dynamic market."
