We continue to closely follow the events unfolding in Ukraine. While our corporate focus remains on supporting our customers, we are concerned for all those affected by the conflict. We are also in close contact with service providers and vessel operators in the region. CEVA Logistics does not have a direct presence or employees in Ukraine. With evolving sanctions, CEVA will, as always, comply with all applicable trade and economic regulations, including for our activities related to Russia.

Rail traffic along the Eurasian corridor is currently operational. CEVA Silk Road operations and services do not cross through the conflict zone in Ukraine, so all trains are operating under normal conditions.
We continue to dialog with our rail service providers in China and Europe, including sea-rail operators, to ensure continuity, monitoring and security for Silk Road shipments. We do not anticipate major disruptions, but we are developing contingency options as we monitor the ever-evolving situation.
