“Solid Employer of the Year” (Solidny Pracodawca Roku) is a competition aimed at selecting the best employers in Poland, based on various criteria, such as abiding by employment legislation, working conditions and work safety regulations; social conditions, motivation scheme; and also aid in the personal development of employees.
