Are you ready for the African boom?

Digital Live by CEVA Logistics

Thursday, 27th May 2021 | 3.00 PM – 4.30 PM (CET)

Are you ready for the African boom?

In the past decade, the African continent has enjoyed the world’s highest level of investment in many industry sectors, and the projections for coming years remain very promising. In this context, how will logistics develop?

According to the latest report issued by the International Monetary Fund, Sub-Saharan Africa’s economy is expected to grow by 3.4 percent in 2021, despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the entire African continent is expected to enjoy some of the highest economic growth rates in the world over the next decade.

These projections reflect the profound changes occurring in African economies and reinforce the numerous promises of modernization and improvement in infrastructure, industrialization and living standards.

How profound are the changes operating in Africa, and how are they affecting logistics? What are the consumer trends and growing markets? Where are the investments in infrastructure, telecommunications and trade corridors? Who are the most active players and those who will drive growth in the coming years? All these questions and more will be addressed during a new edition of CEVA Digital Live.

The CEVA Digital Live – Africa edition, chaired by Mathieu Friedberg, CEO of CEVA Logistics, will bring together a renowned panel composed of international experts who will share their points of view on the changes occurring in the African continent as well as their recommendations on how to understand and develop trade with Africa.
