Air & Ocean Business Process Excellence

Joining Air & Ocean Business Process Excellence you will develop a culture in the workplace that cultivates on achieving high operational and quality standards to maximize our performance 


Continuous improve our business by: 

  • Ensuring process/system related documents & trainings are up to date, governs business implementation on adhering to the standardized methodologies
  • Drives compliance to station process by performing operational station audits, triggers process improvements with Air/Ocean leaders and best practise sharing with the network
  • Provide (on-site) support for improvements in service, quality and costs

Lead Logistics

Joining Lead Logistics you will engage with large customers who expect more than the standard services provided by our transport products, they require end-to-end supply chain solutions that address sophisticated requirements that are innovative, efficient and scalable. The Lead Logistics product can be aligned for leadership on behalf of CEVA, or 4PL solutions


Drive and lead the supply chain of our customer:

  • Insights - Identify areas of improvement and develop data driven strategies
  • Technology - State-of-the-art technologies - digitalize processes and inter-connect your network
  • Operations - Scalable Control Towers - proactive management and orchestration of the supply chain
  • Continuous improvement – through business intelligence ensure service excellence and ongoing innovation

Joining Customs, you will make sure products can cross borders everywhere around the world and within the right regulations. You are the expert on legislations, you monitor quality standards and are a good collaborator with our customers and local authorities

  • Creating a solid process for our customers in order to live up to all requirements
  • Live and breathe compliance 
  • Bridge customer expectations with customs applications and authorities  
  • Cooperate extensively with our customer, the custom authorities and our operations.
