  • Deploy and schedule transportation flows to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Optimize transportation plans by balancing cost, quality, lead time, and CO₂ emissions.
  • Activate transport orders and coordinate with forwarders and carriers to book shipments.
  • Monitor each step of the logistics process, promptly identifying and addressing any deviations.
  • Collaborate with central teams to enhance overall performance and service standards.
  • Provide end-to-end visibility for customers, ensuring transparency and reliability.

  • Deliver supply chain optimization projects for both existing and prospective customers, driving efficiency and value.

Procurement and 3PL Management

CEVA's Procurement & 3PL Management team oversees a defined portfolio of global third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer CFTs, including preparation, launch, analysis and award recommendations
  • Monitoring the performance of awarded 3PLs to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with all supply chain stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparency

Project Management

Our CEVA Lead Logistics Project Management team executes projects such as new customer implementations and strategic internal initiatives, efficiently and effectively ensuring all client expectations, technical constraints and budgetary considerations are met.
