Business Process Excellence

Joining Business Process Excellence you are responsible for providing detailed processes and guidance on corporate initiatives.

 
Drive standardization and continuous improvements of processes by:

  • Training new and current operations team members on global standard and operational system’s usage
  • driving continuous improvement
  • Performing analysis and propose changes to operational leadership
  • Supporting bottom up continuous improvement through site level adoption of lean basics

Solution Design & Pricing

Joining Solution Design & Pricing, you will support CEVA Ground by providing sound analysis/reporting on CEVA internal or customer datasets and develop innovative optimization solutions. 


Provide strategic direction for product and Business Development:

  • Help providing competitive offerings to strategic customers
  • Develop best in class product solutions by using expert knowledge of the market and best-practice 
  • Analyze Customer Requirements and drive an efficient to respond to big tenders,
  • Execute supply chain optimization projects for existing and potential new customers

Project Management

Joining Project Management, you develop large and complex implementation projects such as the implementation of new customers, optimization of existing operations, new product development or strategic internal projects, according to CEVA’s ZDS (Zero Defect Start-up) Project Management Methodology.


Increase our customer satisfaction by: 

  • Ensuring customer requirements are met while respecting the budget 
  • Establishing critical performance metrics
  • Communicating project progress, issues, escalations and facilitate resolutions where required

Transportation Procurement

Joining our Transportation Procurement, you will face significant challenges with rising cost of operation, fluctuating capacity and a hugely variable supply base spanning service portfolio, equipment type, quality, capability and price.


Support sustainable margin growth by: 

  • Collaborating with our transport contractors and ensure they deliver freight on time, in peak condition at the right price 
  • Delivering results in our challenging environment
  • Working with our Business Unit teams across the globe delivering solutions and valuable EBITDA savings
