Business Process Excellence is a key driver of success at CEVA. This team is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and overall service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead improvement projects aimed at optimizing site productivity and quality.
  • Implement industry best practices and methodologies, including Kaizen and Plan-Do-Check-Act.
  • Monitor and improve governance, process modeling, and documentation standards.

Project Management

The Project Management team handles the implementation of complex, high-impact projects including new customer onboarding, facility relocations, and strategic internal projects. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer focus, and delivery excellence.

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

Solutions Design plays a critical role in creating tailored logistics solutions for both new and existing customers. This team uses data and expert analysis to design and implement strategic solutions that optimize supply chain efficiency and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional teams to design and develop best-in-class products.
  • Lead supply chain optimization projects and respond to large tenders and RFIs.
