Joining Airfreight Operations, you will provide Operational Excellence to our customers across the globe.


Be part of our global network of experts and:

  • Manage every shipment milestone, in order to meet and exceed the promises made to our customers
  • Organize and document the airfreight movement, booking with carriers, organizing pick up and delivery  
  • Issuing documents and invoices to our customers.

Customer Service

Joining our Customer Service teams, you are the first point of contact for our customers and have the primary objective of satisfying and responding to their daily needs and requests. 


Ensure high customer satisfaction by: 

  • Taking care of transportation and pricing requests
  • Providing any kind of consulting about CEVA's Air Products and Services. 
  • Alternating contact between colleagues, stakeholders, and the customer
  • Keeping our customers informed by mail, telephone, or face-to-face about what is possible in logistics

Pricing and Quoting

Joining our Pricing & Quoting team you will enforce the group's pricing strategy by efficiently responding to Customer Requests for Quote (RFQ), spot pricing requests as well as participating in Tenders. 


Facilitate customer decision making

  • Provide attractive rates to our customers whilst optimizing the revenue through performing market intelligence of selling rates
  • Work closely with our product experts to align the product strategy and pricing offers to customers.

Trade and Product Development

Joining Trade and Product Development you will enhance the product/services portfolio by developing new products/services or enhancing existing ones, lead its implementation and analyze its success.


Support business growth by: 

  • Producing products that will represent the brand image of CEVA and meet customer expectations for quality and function.
  • Support & connect to BD for strategic approach to our customers in business retention and new wins
  • Support the main RFQ's  by providing tradelane and competitor/ market knowledge
  • When your commercial colleagues bring in a new customer, you work actively together on the commercial proposal and its successful implementation on behalf of the customer

Procurement and Carrier Management

Joining Procurement & Carrier Management you will optimize procurement costs in order to ensure the lowest possible transportation costs. 

Seek out the best for customers

  • Negotiate capacity & rates with airlines
  • Perform continuous reprocurement and manage the carrier relationship including KPI & performance reviews with our preferred partners
  • Optimize the network by giving routing instructions.
