This is a truly exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new team as we begin to support a newly implemented customer contract. As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for a small team of 2, ensuring that operational activities are effectively and efficiently met to ensure customer expectations are met.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be focused on leading the communication between CEVA and the customer working hard to build strong relationships. You will promote service excellence through continuous improvement and collaboration with the customer and work hard to resolve any issues relating to service delivery. You will be responsible for producing regular reports for the management team and identifying key trends and opportunities to improve service levels.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a committed and dedicated customer centric individual with a passion and flare for customer service. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also working alone on your own initiative. Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in a logistics setting.
