If you love logistics business and IT world and you want to act as primary point of contact between the Product Line Owner, internal business partners and external Customers on IT matters; you could be the IT Customer Engagement Expert we are looking for.


In this role you will maximize the added value of the IT Customer Engagement Account Management department for our internal and external Customers by building long term relationships with key stakeholders within the regions, proposing fit for-purpose IT solutions and ensuring an overall positive customer experience and operational success.





  • Facilitate process to gather/establish high level business/product requirements, objectives and drivers, for the preparation of Project Concept Proposals, Customer Cases, and initiation documents.
  • Lead and facilitate business/product stakeholders and service providers’ conversations regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, and vendor selection.
  • Assist with development and monitoring of business/product annual operating and capital IT budgets.
  • IT counterpart of product line owners in the countries. Accountable for internal/dedicated external customer accounts, acting as customer point of contact, maintaining relationship between business and IT.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of how business/product functions, IT direction, business strategies; provides guidance and assistance in prioritizing technology needs; facilitate development of Customers digital road-maps; drives and participates in demand management process for business/product requests
  • Provide on request IT engagement process towards BD/Operations for new opportunities / business retention and development, engage key IT decisions makers to improve CEVA’s offer accuracy and time to market.
  • Provides access to technical and non-technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing system solutions and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Advocating for the business/product, guide projects from conception to implementation supporting both business/product and IT project teams in issue resolution. Monitoring progress via project Steerco’s.


Together with other IT Experts you will work closely with our Business development organization, our Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, Ground and Freight Management Business Lines and our Global IT community.




  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience management pre and post sales customers support
  • Consistent utilization of best practices and methodologies to ensure demand management and planning, projects portfolio management and support for customers are met.
  • Ability to understand inter-dependencies between IT and Customer or business initiatives to effectively leverage resources.
  • SWOT analysis and problem-solving competences. Proven experience implementing IT solutions and communicating with stakeholders on different levels.
  • Understanding of Customer or business functional need and operating environments.
  • Ability to review and change processes to achieve best practice standards.
  • Influence skills to gain commitment from others and foster collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent situation management and leadership in critical situation.
  • Strong attitude to build and maintain informal network inside the business organization and internal CEVA.
  • Business meetings presentation skills
  • Excellent team player.
  • Ability to travel.
