IF you enjoy doing analysis and working with HR colleagues as well as Business., you may be the expert we are looking for. Your mission will be to managing overall compensation & benefit strategy to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with Global and Local direction.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will implement compensation strategies covering salary review, incentive, and bonus payment per C&B policies and guideline and handle expatriate compensation and tax activities. Lead Total Remuneration Survey submission and works with Cluster C&B team to review local salary structure to ensure competitive compensation and benefits with market. Support and prepare the company’s compensation and benefit budget plan.
