YOUR ROLE ?
You will support the CEVA Salesforce (C-View) platform, working together with Senior Salesforce expert on :
• Changes deployment and environment monitoring
• Development quality control
• 3rd line support
• Design of new features & support development
The role is based in Europe with preference for France, Spain or Netherlands.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Help addressing questions/incidents with Salesforce (3rd line support)
- Analyze proposed changes in line with Salesforce capabilities and CEVA standards (architecture and security). And evaluating the impact on the existent blueprint
- Validate developments, including System Integration Tests
- Support the Technical Manager on the Salesforce changes deployment
- Monitor environment performance
- Document changes
- Support development
You will :
• Report to the Global IT Project Service Manager
• Work on daily basis with the development team on the delivery of the sprints
• Work on periodic basis with product owners on the sprints planning and roadmap alignment
• Work closely with other IT teams (Security, Infra, Integrations, Support, etc) to solve incidents, define and validate new processes
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- A proficiency in English is a must
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related areas.
- You have minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce development and configuration.
- You have experience working with Agile methodology.
- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator
- CI/CD knowledge is desirable

- You can work under pressure and stay pragmatic
- You are able to document customer’s internal and external processes, policies & systems
- You have a broad view of the business with in-depth understanding of business strategy, operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization, enabling technologies, and governance
