ALTERNANCE - Global Tax Reporting Apprentice (F/H)

YOUR ROLE

As a Taxation and Digitalization Apprentice/Intern, you will be an integral part of our new team project dedicated to the continuous improvement of our tax processes and transition to advanced digital solutions. You will work closely with seasoned tax experts and digitalization specialists to support our tax reporting and compliance initiatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Data Collection and Preparation:
  • Assist in collecting tax data from our subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and consistency through our integrated reporting system.
  • Prepare data for tax analysis and reporting, adhering to specified deadlines.

• Administrative and Organizational Support:
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks such as document management, report preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in building reporting tools gathering data collection of transfer pricing.

• Data Analysis and Tax Reporting Support:
  • Contribute to the analysis of collected tax data, following team guidelines and instructions.
  • Assist in preparing basic tax reports, maintaining established quality standards.

• Tax Research and Monitoring:
  • Keep track of tax regulations and best practices in tax compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant information and prepare summary reports.

• Participate in building training material and assist in preparing training.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance (tax oriented), or a related field.
• Good level in English.
• Strong interest in taxation and digitalization.
• Proficiency with analysis tools such as Excel.
• Good research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
