YOUR ROLE


Our Operation in Barton under Needwood has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and customer centric Warehouse Coordinator to join their team, where you will manage day to day operations for the clients which will include allocation of work to the operational team, ensuring they are trained to cover holiday, sickness and absence, and ensuring our client’s requirements are met.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into Shift Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 15 direct reports ensuring effective planning, organization and communication to achieve and surpass all KPI targets. You will maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources, ensuring operating procedures and processes meet quality requirements and drive performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting. You will allocate work to operational team, monitor performance and ensure they are motivated, trained and understand the required performance standard. You will promote a positive health and safety culture by ensuring regulations and processes are adhered to across the operation

 You will be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a warehouse team leader or supervisor successfully leading a team of operatives and strong people management skills. You will have a good numeracy skills and able to produce clear and concise reports based on qualitative and quantitative data. You will be a clear and confident communicator and a self-starter who has a passion for success.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, rotating shift 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00.
