Warehouse (Cross-Dock) Operator | Berrinba QLD

YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking expressions of interest for 3 x permanent Warehouse Operators within our Transport Cross-Dock team at Berrinba. 

Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you’ll help ensure that our day-to-day cross-dock warehousing functions are completed to customer service levels and within CEVA standards.

Specifically, you will:
 

• Store and pack goods and materials in accordance with standard procedures
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage goods and materials using a forklift, or other non-specialised equipment
• Prepare freight with all appropriate paperwork ready for handover and delivery
• Assist in physical inventories and regular stock rotation
• Respond to customer requests related to product/freight delivery, availability and location
• Stocktake and perform check-in / check-out counts, cycle counts 
• General warehouse duties.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has: 

• Current forklift (LF) licence and experience in warehouse operations
• Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
• Good time management and communication skills; basic computer literacy.

In addition to providing proof of work rights, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
