YOUR ROLE

Are you fluent in English and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roosendaal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, specifically for our English-speaking portfolio. You will be able to handle all possible issues that arise in the logistics processes in a correct manner. Using a ticketing system and phone, you will assist external customers with price inquiries, track and trace information for orders and parts, and handle complaints. You will work closely with your customer service colleagues, the order processing and transportation department, and the internal customer to ensure smooth operations.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be working within the Customer Service team at our location in Roosendaal. In Roosendaal, we have multiple warehouses where we handle the logistics process for various clients. For this position, you will be working with an industrial client dealing with spare parts for large equipment and goods (such as aerial work platforms and cranes). You will have several direct colleagues with whom you will interact daily, but you will also be part of the larger operational team. Working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00, and a 32-hour workweek is possible.

 

As a Customer Service Employee, you work on:

  • Building a good relationship with internal and end customers.
  • Analyzing process issues and providing customers with efficient solutions as prescribed by work instructions and procedures.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints correctly and promptly.
  • Reporting KPIs, analyzing them, and initiating and/or implementing improvement proposals.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS JOB?

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated experience in service-oriented tasks in a dynamic environment. With your entrepreneurial attitude and communication skills, there is no problem that cannot be solved. You are analytically strong and process-oriented, enjoying working on improvements and process optimization. Additionally, you are resilient to stress and show flexibility towards your colleagues and working hours during busy periods or vacations.

 

Specifically, we are looking for someone bringing the following knowledge and experience:

  • A professional and friendly attitude towards customers.
  • Proficient command of the English language.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in working with automated systems and MS Office.

 

In addition, we prefer candidates who reside in the vicinity of Roosendaal and have their own transportation.
