YOUR ROLE
Are you fluent in English and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roosendaal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, specifically for our English-speaking portfolio. You will be able to handle all possible issues that arise in the logistics processes in a correct manner. Using a ticketing system and phone, you will assist external customers with price inquiries, track and trace information for orders and parts, and handle complaints. You will work closely with your customer service colleagues, the order processing and transportation department, and the internal customer to ensure smooth operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will be working within the Customer Service team at our location in Roosendaal. In Roosendaal, we have multiple warehouses where we handle the logistics process for various clients. For this position, you will be working with an industrial client dealing with spare parts for large equipment and goods (such as aerial work platforms and cranes). You will have several direct colleagues with whom you will interact daily, but you will also be part of the larger operational team. Working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00, and a 32-hour workweek is possible.

Additionally, you are resilient to stress and show flexibility towards your colleagues and working hours during busy periods or vacations.
