We are looking for a new Administrative Employee Transport for our location in Nieuwegein. In this role you are responsible for performing various administrative tasks and arranging transport. You take care of the processing in the warehouse management system, maintain contact with the carriers and ensure that the shipments are collected on time. You will therefore be involved in the physical booking of transport with various carriers and also with a bit of troubleshooting in which you work closely with your colleagues from the warehouse. You will have the opportunity to think along with your colleagues about improvement processes related to transport management.



You will become part of our Transport Team, where you will work on behalf of our international customer who is located worldwide. This will allow you to deal with international shipments. Together with your colleagues you work on the best possible service and you create a workplace where every employee feels good and is given the opportunity to develop. As a starter, but also as an experienced professional, you feel right at home in this team.

As an Administrative Employee Transport you report to the Office Supervisor and you carry out your work during the day shift (up to approximately half past six) within a team of 5 and you work closely with the invoicing/export department.



As an Administrative Employee Transport you are accurate and flexible. With your communication skills you can move different people and you ensure a clear collaboration with your colleagues. You are accurate, eager to learn, result-oriented and have an open personality. To be able to perform this function well, you bring the following knowledge and experience with you:

  • A relevant completed education at MBO level;
  • 0 to 5 years of work experience in administrative work;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing;
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS Word;
  • Stress resistant and able to maintain overview in a dynamic environment.
