Process Engineer (m/w/d)



As a Process Engineer you are responsible for delivering all support items for a value stream cell and related improvement projects. You will be part of a dynamic team of Process Engineers that works closely with other experts in the value streams. 



  • You are responsible for technical standards (e.g., e.g Process flows, WMS dashboards, technical drawings, logic-input for workflows, logic-input for time analyses) 
  • You analyze current processes and bottlenecks and find new solutions to improve efficiency  
  • You will be Project Manager for small & middle-sized projects within the value stream 
  • You orchestrate suppliers to adapt processes and process improvements within the value stream 
  • You apply lean methodology in all current and new processes 
  • You work closely with the Value Stream Manager to support the delivery of all KPI’s per value stream 



  • A degree in Engineering, B.S., economic sciences, or the like with a focus on logistics 
  • Relevant professional experience in engineering, project management, Lean Logistics / Lean Warehouse 
  • Experience with Lean Tools and problem-solving methods 
  • Good analytical skills and experience 
  • Solution-oriented and a great team player 
  • Autonomy and proactivity 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ideally accompanied by German skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications and experience with project management tools
