As a Senior Technical Training Specialist, you will prepare and implement technical training courses, job aids, and other supporting materials related to the operation and administration of the Shipwire platform and related tools used by the organization (Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.). You will collaborate with various stakeholders from across the Shipwire ecosystem as you develop and deploy learning and reference content. You will develop training content for delivery by means of instructor-led training (both in-person and virtual), eLearning modules, videos, job aids, documentation, and blended learning modalities. You will be responsible for adapting the training material to suit the roles and responsibilities of teams across the organization. You will also play a key role in the onboarding of new Shipwire associates and affiliated partners. You have a strong technical background in training and have a penchant for teaching others. You must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, show initiative, demonstrate self-determination, and exhibit solid communication skills. Telecommuting options are available per department need, the home location of this position will be determined based off the incumbent's location.
