YOUR ROLE

As Flex Coach you are the first point of contact for our flex employees within our organization. You are the person who welcomes the employees on their first day, shows them around and is afterwards their point of contact for all questions. You show our new colleagues the way and coach them so that they feel welcome and connected to the organization.

Through a welcome presentation and training, you give the new flex employees thorough knowledge of our company standards, values, safety and security protocols. In this role, you have a lot of freedom for your own input. You can make the difference on the first working days of the flex employees. You will always set a good example, contribute to an optimal work atmosphere, which has a direct impact on the results of the organization.

You will work together with our other Flex Coaches in Bleiswijk. You will have daily contact with colleagues in the logistics operation. In particular with our Team Leads and Team Coordinators. You will report to the Teamlead Flex Coaches and will be based in Bleiswijk.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

  • You play a major role in the onboarding of our new (flex) employees;
  • You inform our operational stakeholders about the new influx of flex employees;
  • You support and facilitate the training of new employees together with the operation;
  • You stay connected to the flex employees and their well-being and give sufficient attention so that they receive sufficient instructions to perform correctly;
  • You are responsible together with the operation for structurally updating the skills of the flexes;
  • You report performance and development of the flex employees to their Team Leaders or Shift Leaders;
  • You participate and advise on improvement projects on inflow and outflow processes;
  • You actively participate in communication across the company and with external parties on a daily basis.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • A new colleague with a completed MBO education or relevant knowledge and skills according to experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, for example in a logistics environment or in the field of human resources;
  • Preferably you are handy with software as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and business software;
  • You are communicatively strong, flexible and stress resistant;
  • You speak perfect Romanian and English as well;
  • You have basic knowledge of the Dutch language;
  • You live nearby our warehouse in Bleiswijk, Zuid-Holland;
  • Full-time availability and willing to work shifts (currently day and evening) and weekends if necessary.
