Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. 



  • Seasoned professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. May manage projects/processes.  

  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.  

  • Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. 

  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.  

  • May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job. 

  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.  

  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.  

  • Specialist in technical or business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.  

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).  

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience.  

  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems. 


  • Demonstrated ability to manage cost performance in a warehouse distribution environment. 

  • Adaptable, proactive personality style that can prioritize, quickly adapt to changing conditions, and execute autonomously to closure 

  • Ability to multitask is essential. 

  • Capacity to build internal and external relationships. 

  • Ability to establish credibility throughout the organization and engage multiple teams to ensure the most effective supply chain solutions. 

  • Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.  

  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and develop alternative solutions.  

  • Works well in group problem solving situations. 

  • Gives and welcomes feedback.   

  • Displays orientation to profitability.  

  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.  

  • Takes responsibility for solving problems, seeking out the knowledge needed to perform tasks. 

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills 

  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel. 

  • Experience working with a commercially recognizable software 

  • SQL 

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • SAP
