WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse.
Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
Supervises hourly front-line workers in multiple functional areas.
Sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team and monitors team performance in relationship to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the facility.
Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports and stakeholders. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to moderate level of control and review.
Assignments are largely established in accordance with schedules and deliverables. Flexible job duties and operational hours based on business need and customer requirements.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of and development of processes and procedures. Implements or re-trains on process and procedures and ensures that direct reports operate within these guidelines.
Ability to both hold accountable, and uplift team members to ensure their success. Ability to identify future leaders and develop them into higher level functions.
Be a representative of the facility and be a reliable point person to resolve issues elevated by direct reports or customers.
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms.
This position may be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch as it relates to product handling and distribution, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
This position will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
This position will be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
This position may be required to climb ladders
This position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and utilize a computer, smartphone, and radio device.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years functional experience within a warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing environment and at least 3 years of experience supervising direct reports. Additional education may be considered in lieu of some of the required years of functional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in front of groups.
A passion for leading others and ability to inspire positive morale in the workplace.
Intermediate to advance excel skills preferred.
Continuous Improvement and LEAN Six-Sigma experience not required, but strongly desired.
Willingness to assist in the training and development of other associates both peers and direct reports.
Ability to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT) strongly preferred. Understanding of PIT safety requirements, required.
Experience using Microsoft software programs (desktop and web-based) including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel, strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of SharePoint, preferred.
At times will be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
