YOUR ROLE

 

The Customer Finance Specialist is responsible for managing customer support services in accordance with terms and conditions of Brightpoint North American L.P.  This position is responsible for ensuring external requests are properly executed following contractual requirements and to ensure performance meets or exceeds SLA measures.    

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

  • Review and execute customer profile change requests, adhering to quality & response time requirements.  
  • Create and maintain customer profile data in IFS (Invoicing & Financial data) and order fulfillment and return processing attributes in Evavi (RL and OMS system)  
  • Ensure high-priority requests for ship-to address and price catalog changes are executed with a sense of urgency.  
  • Manage multiple CS mailbox sites by fielding and responding to inquiries and/or requests. (Daily avg = 45 requests)  
  • Provide guidance and performance oversight of MSSC On-boarding associates.  
  • Prepare and provide monthly performance reporting in support of SLA achievement.  
  • Prepare and distribute Accounts Receivable Aging Reports as defined in Service Agreement – Weekly & Monthly  
  • Facilitate internal and external audit requests for BPNALP and Managed A/R activities.  

  

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all customer master maintenance requests.  
  • Ensure customer communications are properly archived and adhere to Service Agreement record retention requirements.  
  • Ensure customer information is maintained with a high degree of confidentiality.   
  • Establish and continually improve relationships with internal and external customers.  
  • Support customer data changes associated with critical events such as new product launches and promotional incentives, where changes are required outside normal business hours  

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE  

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent   
  • Preferred: 1-2 years in commercial credit environment  

  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
