Our operation based in Redditch has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist dedicated to business process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare warehousing and transportation operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Head of Healthcare, this pivotal role will embed itself into the healthcare operational structure within Contract Logistics where you will be responsible for establishing, reviewing, promoting, and delivering operational efficiencies and best practice to existing Healthcare contracts.
Within this role you will assist in site implementation of best practices and the deployment of CEVA’s SCA and Kaizen programmes by diagnosing, designing, and implementing improvements in safety, quality, and operational productivity. You will report both centrally and locally on performance and progress, supporting with LEAN and CI training and feedback Kaizen events and feedback sessions. You will also support in the development of healthcare solutions for potential new customers and assist with effective and efficient implementations of new business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced LEAN and continuous improvement specialist with proven operational management experience ideally within healthcare logistics and an understanding of healthcare regulations.
You will have demonstrable experience of building and developing internal and external relationships, possess exceptional communication, engagement and influencing abilities, be an efficient and effective problem solver and have excellent presentation, report writing and analysis skills.
It would also be desirable but not essential if you have proven project management and contract implementation experience.
