CEVA Logistics' Global Finance Department currently has an open position - Global Finance Outsourcing Contract Manager to join their team in Marseille, France!



To be responsible for and operate the contractual agreements for the delivery of Finance activities by external providers.

To manage day-to-day operations and interactions between stakeholders and outsourcing providers to ensure timely, accurate, effective delivery of outsourced services.

Responsible for driving the efficiency of out-sourced finance processes through identification and implementation of improvements in training, introduction of Lean thinking into processes and the elimination of process waste.



  • To be responsible for the delivery performance of our outsourced activities.
  • To hold outsourcing providers responsible for day-to-day issues and resolution, manning and attrition levels and the size, composition, experience profile and attrition of the outsourcing teams.
  • To monitor and report the costs of outsourcing
  • Responsible for the negotiation of increment costs for activities
  • Responsible for the monitoring of SLAs and the securing of service credits for delivery SLA failures
  • Responsible for the footprint of CEVA activities and the proposal for the siting of activities to maintain optimal performance, cost and capability (especially Language).
  • Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of budget vs actual costs
  • Responsible for the routine communication and review of performance both with the service provider but also with the internal CEVA regions and countries.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • 5 years proven senior management experience handling Finance Operations management and contract service provision
  • 8 years relevant outsourcing management experience or >10 years’ experience managing/ leading BPO activities.
  • Contract management training and knowledge of basic legal constructs surrounding contracts.
  • Strong skill set in Presenting, Reporting and Analytics using MS Office & Orchestra.
  • Must be a strong verbal and non-verbal communicator.
  • Expected to prepare and lead kick off meetings, planning reviews, project review meetings, etc.    
  • Experienced presenter, used to communicating to both small and large groups to explain plans and rationale in a structured manner.
