CEVA Logistics' Global Finance Department is currently recruiting for a Finance Transitions Manager to join their team in Marseille, France.

 

YOUR ROLE

As a Global Finance Transitions Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects to migrate Finance activities from Global Finance and Regional Finance teams to our Outsourcing partners: 

To identify and develop best practices methodology and project practice to maximise the return and quality of the activity transfer.

To drive the expansion of activities provided for within the Finance Outsourcing scope through the investigation and proposal of projects designed to transfer both activity and responsibility to appropriate outsourcing locations.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Planning and execution of Finance Transitions Projects
  • Monitoring of scope standardisation and shaping of improvement projects to drive levels of standardisation up
  • Continuous improvement in Transitions Project Methodology
  • Monitoring and reporting of project plan, costs incurred vs budget and FTE/ Cost benefits delivered
  • Planning and execution of projects to optimise footprint of activities including ex-3rd party centres.
  • Reporting on Outsourcing ratios and other global indicators
  • Management of resources onboarded to support the transition of activities as and when necessary.
  • Collaboration with GPOs and Contract Delivery Managers to align resources and planning for optimal execution.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKNG FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • 5-8 years proven project management experience handling Finance transitions      
  • Project Management Training through recognised global provider (Prince 2 or equivalent)
  • Powerpoint, MS Office, Orchestra
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communicator. 
  • Must have Professional level of English. 
  • Expected to prepare and lead kick off meetings, planning reviews, project review meetings, etc. 
  • Experienced presenter, used to communicating to both small and large groups to explain plans and rationale in a structured manner.
