CEVA Logistics is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Professional with an expertise in Regulated Markets to be either based in UK or Marseille, France.

Relocation Package available if willing to relocate to our Global HQ in Marseille, France.

YOUR ROLE

 

The role will support the growth especially in regulated markets, i.e. healthcare / pharmaceutical products, medical devises, aerospace and automotive.

Will be the technical expert for all Quality related tasks for internal stakeholders as well customer facing activities - i.e. Projects/new business from tenders; implementations; audits; resolution of issues (incl CAPA).

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying client, business, and global quality systems requirements: From tenders, over implementation up to audits and the resolution of issues:

         - Primary focus on regulated markets, i.e. Good Distribution Practices (GDP, pharma / Food Safety), ISO 13485 (Medical devices), EN9100/AS9120 (Aerospace), IATF16949 (Automotive).


         - Secondary focus on other certification standards: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (all in CEVA umbrella QMS integrated).

 

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and direction with the intent that the services provided by CEVA are fit for purpose, consistently meeting both client, external and internal regulatory requirement.
  • Complete corporate, system, supplier, and customer focused audits
  • The Global Quality and Reliability Expert will support the regions and sites in ensuring consistency of approach in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Global Quality Management System and Client expectations, including the resolution of issues. You will act as the technical point of escalation for the regions regarding quality issues.
  • Supporting LEAN / CI improvements.
  • Creates and maintains quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Sign off customer work instructions / SOP in close alignment and after evaluation with BD, operations (especially quality control) and legal. (Function as Director Regulated Market)

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • College Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline combined with significant experience in similar role.           
  • Demonstrate experience of successfully managing complex projects, in the area of regulated markets i.e. Good Distribution Practices (GDP, pharma), ISO 13485 (Medical devises), EN9100/AS9120 (Aerospace), IATF16949 (Automotive)    
  • Experience in Change Management preferred
  • Work experience in Quality Compliance in logistics industry, logistics department of pharmaceutical company / medical device company.
  • Strongly prefer experience with LEAN, BPE, SD, BD or Operations in the logistics industry
  • Stakeholder adequate pro-active communication (Expert, non-expert / Sr Management / Operations / different cultures / non-English native)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong Diplomatic capabilities as an Influencer.
  • Excellent organizational skills, pro-active, self-motivated approach. Able to work effectively with minimum direction.
  • Determine appropriate methods to apply to new assignments and prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines. Include stakeholders regularly in progress.         
  • French or other additional language, i.e. German, Spanish is beneficial.
