As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives and MHE Operators to achieve business performance through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a culture of employee engagement and motivation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
This role will see you responsible for supervising, allocating work to your team and ensuring they are all adequately trained. You will create and work to maintain a positive and motivating environment with a strong focus of employee engagement. You will need to champion continuous improvement tools and techniques across team members whilst achieving quick fix and kaizen targets. As a Team Leader, it is your responsibility to ensure your team are meeting and exceeding all targets and KPI’s, whilst ensuring they are working in line with company policies and procedures.
The shift pattern for this role is 14:30 – 23:00
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a strong Team Leader with previous experience in a similar role. You will need to possess the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment. You will be a natural communication and have the ability to build strong working relationships with a focus on service delivery and results.
