Apprenticeships
Whether you’re leaving full time education, looking to gain further qualifications or take a new direction in your career an apprenticeship is a great option.
Our Apprenticeships range from Levels 2 (GCSE) to 7 (Masters) and can be between 12 to 48 months depending on the apprenticeship you’re studying.
CEVA’s apprenticeships are recruited externally and are also for existing employees to continue their development, they can lead to career progression, increased responsibility and confidence and an enhanced skill set or knowledge in a particular area.
Why not earn while you learn with support throughout with workplace mentors and projects to assist with your studies and provide additional exposure.

Placements - UK & Ireland
Choosing where to spend your placement year is a big decision and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
At CEVA we believe in providing a Placement year which will give you valuable work experience in a specific role but still expose you to different areas of the business while broadening your knowledge.
Our Placements start every September for those taking an industry year as part of their university degree and run for up to one year working full time at a designated site. You will gain a workplace mentor and buddy to assist in your development and we will embed you into our CEVA community. Projects are an important part of the year as they will enable you to work cross functionally, networking and presenting to Senior Leaders in the business.
We will communicate regularly with your university Lecturer to assist in your development and university-based projects, building strong relationships to continue this through your last year of studies after your Placement.
Our Placements can be in various areas of our business, we have already had huge success with opportunities in our Solutions Design, IT, Security, HR, Health and Safety team to name a few which can lead to opportunities after graduation.
Work Experience - UK & Ireland
CEVA offers the opportunity for year 12’s to experience up to two weeks in industry gaining valuable work experience at one of our sites or Head Office.
This can be part of your studies or an experience you may want to put yourself forward for during your school holidays to expand your understanding of the roles in our industry.
Our aim is to provide you with an overview of the site or function in which you are interested in and how the roles that sit within them directly impact our output. You will learn more about the Logistics and Supply Chain industry and what it could offer you, helping to shape your career path in the future.
Whether it is a week or two, all you need is a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the rest and who knows where it will lead? We will always have your safety at the forefront of our mind so some areas of our business won’t be available due to health and safety restrictions but that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to find out how they work.
