I started my professional career in 1996 with CEVA Frankfurt as Operations Delegate, working as an implant for an US Key Account located at Graz. At this time there was no Austrian organization within CEVA. Almost 25 years later, I’m still here, having also undertaken the role as Air Operations Manager DACH based in Graz. I’m especially proud of the fact that we have been able to open an own entity in Austria and establish an own Oceanfreight setup here. If someone had told me 25 years ago that I would spend my entire career with one company, I would have called him crazy. But CEVA gave me the chance to grow and I particularly appreciate the collegial teamwork, the variety of daily tasks as well as the different characters I get to work with globally. I can recommend the apprenticeship program as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services at CEVA because my advisor gave me a lot of confidence right from the beginning. Immediately I had very varied and independent areas of responsibility in handling, which motivated me and made me want to overcome barriers and set new limits. I would invite everyone looking for an apprenticeship to apply to CEVA, especially for the following reasons:Benjamin Zwigart Customs Brokerage, Switzerland
