INTERNSHIP

We’re initializing an Internship Program with the best students from different countries across Eastern Europe!
This project is aimed at students from the senior years of various majors, who want to gain their first experience in a company which is keen to see their potential. This is a program for enthusiasts who like working in a dynamic environment, are proactive and conscientious. Perfect for people seeking challenges and opportunities for development, oriented towards reaching their goals, open to new experiences which they will face every day.
Our Internship Program with CEVA lasts for 2-3 months, during summer holidays *** between 1st July till 30th of September ***, and takes place in our main head-office in the countries within Eastern Europe.

Our Central and Eastern Europe Internship Program implementation began in 2019 with a pilot in Poland supported by our regional head, Guillaume Sauzedde. We started with positions in Finance, Legal, IT, Business Development, HR, Procurement, Freight Management and Ground. In 2020 we further customized to iinclude the company’s new global Contract Logistics Graduate Program as well as programs for other areas of the business.

I am very glad that I joined the Business Process Excellence team. I had a chance to see what a showcase warehouse (Orange Ołtarzew) looks like and how it works and compare it with places which require improvements. I lead quite a big Kaizen for productivity, so I went straight into the deep water. My colleagues from BPE are very committed and if I have any problem, doubts or questions, I know that I can turn to them even with the smallest thing and they will help me. I don't feel like I'm an apprentice for making coffee, but a full employee of the BPE department, and my project will not be art for art's sake, but something that has a real impact on the functioning of the business.
