Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers elke maand correct worden uitbetaald en dat alle loonaangiftes op tijd en correct worden ingediend. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende HR-afdelingen en Finance, en onderhoudt belangrijke contacten met externe partijen zoals de Belastingdienst en het UWV. Jouw werk is cruciaal voor de tevredenheid van onze medewerkers.
Learning & Development
Bij Learning & Development ben jij de architect van de carrièrepaden binnen CEVA Logistics. Ons L&D team ontwikkelt en implementeert trainings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma’s die aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze medewerkers en organisatie.
