Attending the Bootcamp offered a chance to quickly grasp and implement Lean methodologies in my operations, overcoming my initial lack of exposure. The diverse insights from peers accelerated my learning, condensing what would have taken over a year into an immersive and efficient experience.

With the support of my team members, colleagues, and senior managers, I have gained valuable experience and developed my career significantly to lead the Industrial Project Logistics Team in NORTAM.
