Charles started his journey in the transport and logistics industry with a clear vision and determination to excel. Initiating with a Bachelor's in Transport and Logistics, he further honed his skills by pursuing a degree in Transport Logistics Management (RPTL). To support his education with hands-on experience, he completed a work-study program with CEVA Logistics (CEVA), focused on chartering within ground and rail logistics in Rouen, France
As Charles delved into the complexities of operational management, he quickly demonstrated his ability to tackle real-world challenges with finesse. His dedication and expertise caught the attention of CEVA, who recognized his potential and extended him a position as a flow pilot in the chartering department.
In his role as a flow pilot, Charles took on large-scale customer cases, including international flows, and excelled in managing complex logistics operations.
His passion for the industry drove him to seek further knowledge and skills, leading him to undertake a comprehensive training course in customer relations, purchasing, sales and negotiation.
