Inspiring Inclusion through learning and developing leadership skills

Our Commitment to Equal Employee Development

CEVA’s commitment to Inclusion and Employee Development go hand in hand with global and local programs all over the world. We can find a great example of this in Spain where the local Talent Management team developed a program in 2023 to empower Women in Leadership. The aim of this program is to develop leadership skills and to provide greater tools to women with different job roles and positions within the company to continue developing their professional careers and grow within CEVA.

The program involved different actions and activities during 2023 for which different profiles were selected with the aim that each woman could make the most of each activity according to her experience and development needs. The Program is managed in collaboration with EquiposyTalento, allowing CEVA the opportunity to share this experience with women from other first level companies.   

The program is formed by breakfasts with different women in leadership, workshops, leadership talks and a mentoring program. Within the mentoring program our CEVA programs participated as mentors as well as mentees, depending on their profiles. 

The experience has been very positive for all the women involved and the company considers it a complete success so it will continue in 2024 providing more women with new tools to boost their career growth and developing their leadership skills.
