In 1997, fresh from defending her engineering thesis, Monika embarked on her journey with TNT, which later acquired and renamed CEVA Logistics. She spent the first six months in warehouse operations, gaining hands-on experience before transitioning to the operational control department. Monika's career trajectory closely mirrored the company’s expansion and innovation in logistics solutions. She recalls, "We built a solution for a major client that has sustained for over 20 years, starting from the ground up. That is an amazing achievement as a team."
Around the turn of the early 2000’s, Mr. Antonio Pagana joined the company Poland as the Branch Director, marking a transformative era for the business. Monika assumed leadership of the office during this pivotal period, laying the foundation for her role in shaping CEVA's transport operations in Poland.
