- Educational Campaigns (Spain): In Spain, we emphasize that "There is no health without mental health." Through educational campaigns and workshops, we provide our employees with the knowledge and tools they need to manage stress, anxiety and other mental health issues effectively.
- Global Webinars: We offer global access to presentations and webinars from Dr. Jean-Bernard Fabre, Ph.D. in Human Physiology & Sport Science and CEO of HumanFab. These sessions promote the positive effects of physical activity on mental health, reinforcing our commitment to holistic well-being.
- "Ti Ascolto" (Italy): In Italy, we have launched "Ti Ascolto," a psychological support and listening service for our employees. In collaboration with Dr. Maria Teresa Ruggiero, a psychotherapist, this initiative provides 20 additional sessions to those in need of support. Employees can schedule appointments through internal communications, ensuring they have access to necessary mental health resources.
- CEVA100 Challenge (UKI and Sweden): Colleagues from the UKI and Sweden participate in the CEVA100 Challenge, aiming to cover at least 100 kilometers through various activities such as running, swimming, cycling, walking or even dancing. This initiative not only promotes physical fitness and mental well-being but also supports numerous charities and environmental causes.
