Ryan joined us as a Business Development Intern, bringing with him a background in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas. From the very first week, Ryan was welcomed by his team members Beau Myhre, Sabine Walter, Ryan Bolme, and Carly Wilson, who emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence, active listening, and integrity.
Professional and Personal Growth
Ryan’s summer at CEVA has been packed with learning and development. He’s gained a wide range of skills, from mastering Excel to understanding CEVA’s products and leveraging Salesforce – a tool he was already familiar with thanks to his coursework. “Seeing school and the workplace come full circle was truly awesome,” Ryan reflects. The resources at CEVA have played a crucial role in his development. The organization’s diverse team has been a wellspring of knowledge, always ready to answer questions and encourage Ryan to be proactive and inquisitive. “Leaders within the organization allowed me to be vulnerable and encouraged it,” he shares.
Making an Impact
Ryan didn’t just absorb information; he actively contributed to the team. From facilitating external leads to creating detailed Excel reports and researching potential customers, he found immense satisfaction in adding value to CEVA. “I wanted to reciprocate the time and effort everyone was investing in me,” Ryan says.

This summer, Ryan had the unique experience of working alongside another intern, Isabella Pinto. Their collaboration taught him the importance of teamwork, accountability, and the benefits of bouncing ideas off each other. “We’ve not only become coworkers but also friends,” Ryan notes, highlighting how teamwork has been crucial for his personal development.
