Euro 505m 8.5% Senior Notes due 2014 and Euro 225m 10% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 were issued by CEVA on December 6, 2006.

On August 13, 2007, CEVA issued USD 400m 10% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2014.

All bonds are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISEQ).
